Scottish Gourmet Who are we?

A note from the Store.

Taste the Bounty of Scotland either visiting our Store or for your convenience shop online.

Our Store is located at 1908 Fairfax Road, Suite B, Greensboro, North Carolina.
We are not in a fancy shopping area - we are Scottish after all and prefer low rents!

So follow the signs down the driveway to 1908 Fairfax Road, which is behind 1904 Fairfax Road.

Our Store is Handicapped Accessible and we have a large comfortable chair for shoppers. The official greeter is Flora, our Border Collie - she comes to the door whenever it opens.

Taste of Britain (A note from the Owner)

I am Roxy the owner of Taste of Britain

Taste of Britain is unlike any store! We are the first British store in Georgia and have quickly become Atlanta’s Premier British Shop. Our shop is filled with all your favorite British treats, sweets, biscuits, and even your favorite traditional food such as Steak and Kidney Pies and Winston’s Irish black and white puddings, Captain Findus Cod Filets, and Aunt Bessie’s Yorkshire puddings and roasties.

Along with our delicious food, we have a wide variety of teas, including old favorites like PG Tips, Ty-Phoo, Lyons, Barry’s, and Taylors of Harrogate.

If you want to bring a British touch to your kitchen décor, Taste of Britain is the place to go. Kitchenware offerings include Mason Cash mixing bowls, London Pottery’s Brown Betty-style teapots, and more!
Won’t you come an experience all that Taste of Britain has to offer?

As Atlanta’s Premier British shop, serving our customers for over 30 years, Taste of Britain has been featured in the May 2020 release of America’s #1 Tea Magazine, Tea Time! Read all about the Afternoon Tea traditions and Taste of Britain in this latest issue!

From the  Webmaster

My wife Joan and I have shopped here on our visits to Atlantafor years. We absolutely love this store, Roxy and her Staff are so friendly and helpful. We bought lots of goodies which we soon devoured, time for another visit methinks. I bought myself an excellent china tea mug which I must say I cannot bear to use it in case of an accident.

I highly recommend a visit any time but most especially before Christmas to get all your goodies in time.

My Thanks to Taste of Britain for allowing me to use their photos and text.
